Possible to acquire lock on element in Rhapsody before changes shown in EWM

EWM was not automatically showing incoming changes before the lock in Rhapsody was released. Therefore a second user could acquire a lock on an element before changes were displayed in EWM. This could leading to a merge issue. Request is to allow ...

Do not show the warning "Unable to update referenced RMM server ID in Read Only unit" when RMM is not, and have never been, used.

Rhapsody shows the warning when loading projects although RMM has not been used and the property UseSCCTool has the value Yes.
