An installed equipment with U/S status is not checked by the BDI

In the current version of MFA 7.6.8.2, the BDI service does not raise an error or warning or alert when an equipment installed on a position in the hierarchy of an aircraft is in out of service status (unserviceable, nor ready or others synonymous).
