SRM social metrics table

The associated social metrics table for SRM sums up all KPIs even when it isn't needed (e.g. percentages) or when the data has been set as instantaneous instead of cumulative. The logic needs to be able to be customized based on the type of KPI.

Add option to assign several assignees, contributors (also allow for us to see who the contributors are) and reviewers per datapoint / question (not just per disclosure requirement)

For big companies, like ours, the topics and the information required by the datapoints cannot be covered by just one person, so it is necessary to have several assignees, contributors and reviewers per datapoint.
