Suggest to the Rhapsody user that they should deliver their work if they attempt to unlock a modified unit

Rhapsody is allowing an unlock without delivering the changes. Some people have made this error, which is causing differences and a need to merge. The users are then failing to do a merge properly, which requires repairs.
