E Signature for Lease contracts

Ability to send contracts to be digitally signed by Landlord or Tenant. This would shortned the time required to activate a contract. It would also help if Tririga can get integrations with 3rd party applications like Adobe Sign or Docusign.

Prevent Liability from being Remeasured

On a lease record, if the FMV of the asset is changed, or the Full Impairment box is checked, it should prevent the Liability from being remeasured, even if the IBR is updated on the Accounting Revise/Contractual Factors screen by mistake.
