Should be able to define a directory for Library files

Source files and object files can be forced into a user defined folder via a property but now such property is available for library files (e.g. *.lib, *.a). It would be useful to be able to specify that all library files be in a single folder.

Prevent Rhapsody DiffMerge from comparing identical reference files

When doing a recursive Diff on a file such as an .rpy file, for referenced files that are the same in each version of the model (identical file and location), it would be nice for performance reasons if DiffMerge did not compare these.
