Easily invoke and cancel Pan tool while drawing

Add keyboard shortcut to invoke diagram Pan tool and "cancel" the tool by use of escape key. Note: "cancel" implies resume of whatever diagram toolbar tool was selected prior to invoking the Pan tool.
