Partner should be able to access the Data Model from Envizi and export to PowerBI Desktop for further development.

Decouple Admin role and SRM role

We would like to be able to allow our country leaders to customise their own SRM frameworks - but we wouldn't want them to be system admins. Currently, only system admins can create custom frameworks.
