Stop triggering the helpers for category folder.

for Currently Rhapsody tool enable the helper for category folders also. This leads to confusion for users. Expectations: Tool should enable helper menu only for artifacts not for category folders.

Text is squashed when I use 4K display

We are using Rhapsody for software architecture modeling. I changed the display to 4K, then rhapsody model text has squashed. Other application doesn't happen like this and also other modeling tool, Astah, doesn't happen this.

Line Width cannot be set for any other style except "Solid" line
