Connector for Business Applications: Filters only work on fields in the Primary BO, on queries with multiple BOs

We would like to be able to filter the data before we ask TRIRIGA to return the query results through the business connect api. Only being able to filter on Primary BO fields limits our ability to filter the data before returning the query results.
