Allow Tabs to open in a new, separate Window

Currently (Rhapsody 9.0.1) only one Tab is visible at a time. But especially for animation, it's highly appreciated to locate e.g. Tabs containing panel I/O elements in a new, separate Window. Doing so you can see the effect of changes on the pane...

Requested to have RMM rest API to get parent element details for model elements.

Using RMM REST API We are able to get model element details without any Issues. To get Parent element details for Child model elements we need RMM REST API.

Unit deletions should not always be trivial differences in DiffMerge

In a base aware (3 way) comparison, DiffMerge will always treat a deletion of an element as a trivial merge. A setting should be provided so that, when enabled, all deletions (or moves) are treated as conflicts that must be resolved manually.
