Currently, comments and reviews are totally independent.Indeed, after a comment wrote during a review, it is possible to modify and delete the comment after the end of the review.

Write and associate a comment to an imported model release

It should be possible to do write text associated to a release of a model imported in DM. For example, it should be possible to do it with "File -> import" or with "File -> Definitions".
