Mobile Technician - Material Request should show Primary Vendor and Manufacturer

Currently the Vendor and Manufacturer shown on a Material Request line is an arbitrary record from the INVVENDOR. It makes sense to show the records marked as ISDEFAULT=1 for the default insert site of the logged in user.
