Link technical publication to the OMP

Sometimes it is helpful to implement a Service Bulletin in the OMP e.g.: repetitive inspections.

Most of the time you are performing the first inspection of the SB with the technical publication application (due to the revision process/interval of OMP). Therefore, it would be nice to have the possibility to use the already existing technical publication in the new revision of an OMP.

The other way around is working, so using an OMP task card as a reference in the technical publication.

Hi Manuel, thank you for submitting this Idea. There are some existing links between the OMP and Technical Publication, we will consider enhancing these for a future release.
