In Service Requests Role-Based application of Maximo 7.6.1.2, when an attachment present in a service Request is canceled the UNDO popup option comes for a couple of seconds and then vanishes, and the attachment gets deleted without any confirmation.

The undo confirmation popup is only visible for a couple of seconds, as a result there are high chances of it getting missed by the user. If a user clicks on the delete icon by mistake and misses on clicking the undo button the attachment is automatically deleted and it cannot be reversed.

It would be better if a confirmation message is displayed and it asks the user to confirm if the attachment should be deleted. Since the activity cannot be rolled back, the confirmation should be included to make sure that the attachment are not deleted by mistake.

    This behavior is acting as designed. There are no intentions to have a permanent undo choice for the user that would require a click to dismiss.
