OAUTH support for sending e-mail instead of Basic Auth with STMP AUTH protocol Merged

Customers want to be prepared in advance for the possibility of deprecation of the Basic Auth for the SMTP AUTH protocol. The customer knows that Basic AUTH for SMTP AUTH protocol has not yet been deprecated by Microsoft, but is worried about that as a possibility. In advance, they are using a more secure technology instead of Basic Auth. There are many cases with similar support for the OAUTH question. Currently, the OAUTH support is only for the e-mail listener feature.
