Sending one mail notification for multiple delegate users in task node section of workflow designer

This enhancement idea is for Workflow designer module in ICD. *When we have Delegate specified for each person in the Person Group and had the Preserve Original Assignment checked that each of approvers and their delegates received a separate email. That is how Maximo works, each one receives a separate email. The Affected By and Reported by people from the SR were CC'd on each of those 4 emails, so they received 4 emails each. We need just one email to be sent out for all recipients in To and CC'd. It would go to each approver and delegate and to the Affected By and Reported by people.
