BIRT and Cognos last scheduled report output file execution accessible from ICD

Will be very helpful for the user experience and operations of ICD that scheduled reports have an additional delivery method (besides sending it by email) that could allow left access to the resulting report (the reported all-ready executed) from ICD (something like Result Scheduled Report List portlet (beside existing “Report List portlet” that allow to be executed on demand), and something similar at administration reports app under actions View Last Executed Scheduled Reports. The idea is to have access to the result of the executed report from ICD instead of looking it on an email, so we will need to keep the lasted report output file somewhere on ICD (something like attachments saving).

    Thank you for the interesting and great idea. I have been in touch with the Maximo(Base) team about this as we will consider this for future reporting in Cognos for the Suite and Control Desk.

    I will set this status to Future consideration as we set road maps this will be considered.
