Have any meter reading entered from an Inspection into the WOMETER table when that inspection was raised from a work order

Today, when you enter a meter reading from the work order, it is logged into the WOMETER and the other relevant meter reading tables, however, when the reading is entered via an Inspection that was raised from a work order, it is not. In order to be able to correctly report all meter readings from a work order (that includes the inspections raised from that work order), these need to be recorded into the WOMETER table in addition to all the usual meter reading tables. This will give us the ability to display or report on all the meter readings entered via the work order.

    Thanks for raising this — it's exactly the issue we're encountering as well. The root cause is the same: a missing association between ASSETMETER and INSPECTIONRESULT (or WORKORDER). Because of this, we cannot associate a specific meter reading with the inspection or work order that generated it, nor can we track meter readings at the individual inspection or work order level. IBM Support (case TS022666602) confirmed this is currently not in the product design. Hoping this and the WOMETER integration can be addressed together in a future release.
