MAS Core user administration should provide functionlity to manage passwords

Currently the way it works this days is that you have to provide a password with a min of 15 chars in length. This should be improved and allow MAS Admins to configure: - password length - allowed characters - password dictionary check - password complexity control Companies around the world have different security requirements for the password and giving control over this is a total must.

We have a development work stream looking at enhancements to the overall approach to user access management in MAS as well as the configurability of user data. We expect to deliver some additional capabilities around password management later this year.

In a lot of cases customers will use a separate identity provider for more comprehensive user access management. Therefore it is unlikely we will ever emulate all the features an identity provider could offer.
