This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

We use coloured headers across the Company to advise users when they are in using an application in a Non-Production environment.
Non Production environments
A RED header is displayed in the TEST environment
A PURPLE header is displayed in the DEV environment
It is imperative that there is a way of easily identifying the environment by simply looking at a screen.
Customization over MAS cannot by done and pushed into Manage. MAS development and Manage development as well, advised that this should be addressed over an enhancement, hence created here. Note that any alteration in the CSS of any application (including Manage) cannot be persistent over pod restarts unless Manage will provide a way over the ManageWorkspace CRD or Manage properties. These does not exist at this moment. So, as you can see there is no easy way to do this (not even the way that works for Maximo 7.6.X as Manage uses graphite)
Thank you for your submission. We do not intend to allow custom colors or themes to be supported as a supported configuration in Manage. It is our goal to provide a consistant and seemless visual experience across all MAS applications. Given the vast number of frameworks and applications that exist across MAS, the kind of global configuration that could provide a seemless experience would be difficult to support. However, these alterations can always be done to the CSS of any application or framework in MAS as a customization.
