This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

I'm reopening and assigning the to documentation team to prioritize.
I don't understand why IBM would reject my requests to fill in documentation gaps.
What I've tried:
I've never gotten a response from the contact email address in the docs: ibmdocs@us.ibm.com
I submitted a case to Support about the gap in the docs, but they specifically said that I should submit an RFE.
But clearly, RFEs aren't working either: "Not under consideration"
Do I really need to write my own documentation for OOB Maximo functionality? That seems pretty crazy to me.

If emailing the documentation team doesn't work, and submitting a case isn't what IBM wants, and if the RFEs are getting rejected, then what are we supposed to do?
Why are we paying multiple millions of dollars for software with bad documentation? And being forced to compensate for holes by writing our own? That doesn't make any sense.
Is customer dissatisfaction the goal here?
Thank you for the submission there are no plan to address this in the next several releases.
Could IBM please move this idea to a different category: "IBM MAS - Manage (Base) / System Admin Config/Security"?
It was entered in "IBM MAS - Manage (Configuration)" by mistake.
Thanks.
