Users synced from Active Directory using User Registry Synchronization in MAS 8.9 Suite administration has the given name same as userID rather than their first name. And this display name is shown as UserID and Last Name rather than Firstname and Lastname. Group sync should bring the users and their authorizations.
Is there a way to do user mapping from AD to MAS? So, that we map all the fields from AD to MAS for users. In all previous versions of Maximo <8.x, we have had the ability to define where Active Directory fields are stored within Maximo. Is IBM planning on implementing mapping future releases of MAS?
