Offer email-based approvals

Currently approvals can be sent via email, and include html content such as buttons for “Approve”. However outside the network these do not work. Scenarios include offsite meetings, after hours access, or “Starbucks meetings” where staff often have email access but not direct server access. The preferred option would be rich format emails with embedded tags that link back to the source records; upon replying with keywords, mail robots should be able to ingest the emails and take appropriate actions. Ideally this could be configured as part of a function like “Application Settings”, so that processes can be enabled to allow these simple approvals.
