This idea is currently on hold. All encroachment today assumes both over-growth and under-growth. We just don't specify what it is. We will wait to schedule any such work to come on tafter our next Lidar processing effort for a customer.
This is a potential target for 2024 Data Science work. IF PSEG signs on, we may use their data to test out an MVP of this concept.
