Seamless Integration of Weather Data with GIS platforms. (ESRI) - duplicate of EIS-I-11

ESRI is a partner and integrated with Tririga and Maximo solutions. Our major clients are ESRI clients and the inability to easily integrate and seamlessly share data between our solutions creates challenges and barriers in the sales cycle.

We should bring ESRI into our UI.
Its also worth noting, ESRI integrations already exist today in Maximo and TRIRIGA

I agree with Scott this is a major barrier. Our customers don't care about the weather, they care about how weather impacts their business. As it stands today, the only simple way to understand where their assets are in our UI, is by creating a location. However, that doesn't scale well and only accounts for point locations. This is a feature our competitors had more than 5 years ago. We are quickly falling behind and routing this thru ESRI makes a lot of sense as the vast majority of our customers use their software. It works for weather and vegetation managment.
