The "No Data" pages in EIS all have an incorrect “Learn more” hyperlink which redirect EIS users to the core SCIS data documentation. EIS should have it's own "No Data" pages specific to the EIS data objects for clients.
Background: When EIS provisions an empty tenant for “ALL PRODUCTS”. If the environment is delivered to a client/Org Admin, we display an empty Data Explorer tab, and "No Data" as expected in the Action Center, in Dashboards, and in other areas of EIS missing data. However, in all areas that we have the "Learn more" hyperlink, should not open in the SCIS documentation as it does for normal Control Tower customers. (For EIS, we should have similar document pages that will clearly outline to clients what they need to do to upload EIS data.)
Current Behavior: Users are redirected to SCIS documentation. https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/scis?topic=troubleshooting-no-data-display
Future Roadmap: For future EIS roadmap, we should really consider having a small sample set of test data pre-loaded and delivered to clients for all product and add-ons data objects.
