We want to be able to hide archived fields in JRS, or directly clean thoose fields from the data model (CCM in our case)

Hi

We have 2 CCM projects on the same template. But one project is older and was on an older version of the template before.

Between this 2 versions of template, some fields were deleted to be created with another type.

From CCM it seems ok: by default in the queries, "Archived" fields are masked

But from JRS : Fields are duplicated, we see the new one in common for both projects and older fields only for the first project.

Users don't know which one to choose. We can't rename them since they don't exist anymore in CCM

We expect to have some kind of default option in JRS like in CCM to hide Archived fields OR a way to clean CCM projects from thoose fields that are not in use.

    Upon further investigation, EWM does not provide the necessary data, archived flag. This first would need to be implemented in EWM. In the meantime, the option would be to use DW soft delete of the specific archived field.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it is accepted as an uncommitted candidate.
