Ease of creating product baselines

Currently it takes about 45 minutes to create one baseline.

    Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. In order to understand the performance requirements you desire it's necessary to understand the specific type of hierarchies you plan to create. Different data shapes and GC hierarchies result in different performance characteristics.
    For example, what type of configurations are you planning to use (stream, baseline, etc), are there currently performance loads on your local configurations, how many contributions will each GC have, are they nested (and how deep), how many configurations from each product, etc.
    Configurations may be different but the more detailed you can be in providing the configuration shapes you'll use most often will make it more possible to consider optimizing GCM for your particular needs.
