Add Table Domain Support for SR Reported Priority field

Our business requirement is, we will prioritize the work based on the Reported priority of the service request. We have configured different set off reported priority for each site using table domain, but the table domain is not supporting for mobility when we try to implement the same logic. This would require the use of the table domain on the Reported Priority attribute in Maximo Mobile SR application.

Maximo Mobile should support table domains for SR Reported Priority attributes too. There are many more use cases also to use the reported priority.
