This issue has been cropping up in many customer conversations and hence support is raising this RFE on behalf of the customer.

The customer has a very dynamic way of allowing users to log into RTC and have configured over 1,00,000+ users into the JTS repository. While certain segment of users are granted access to CLM products for definitive period of time (in 1000's) this access is later revoked.

This creates a lot of clutter in the JTS user administration page and is very difficult to archive one by one in the User Administration page.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository. We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    this RFE should have been filed against Jazz Foundation and not RTC - moving it to unknown for triage handling wiht the JAF team RFE review
