RELATED IDEAS

Archived users not explicit

Distinction between archived users and not archived users isn't enough explicit under RTC web client: there's a only 3 pixels wide decoration on the icon.
We need archived users to be tagged correctly as it is the case when doing a short research (mention "(archived)" is present).

    There are no plans to address this in the next 18-24 months so the RFE is being closed. However we're re-evaluating ELM UX presentations and this is an area under consideration. fyi @zuliani
