Description :
We need to meet the security requirement with additional information on RTC write access. For this we need the additional fields for the “Add New Members” use case on a team area or on a project area.

• A field named object or justification or another to justify the addition of the new exceptional user
• A field named theme or other to specify the application or the solution concerned
• An attachment field or another field to specify the reference or a link to the support document.

Finally, all of this information should be included in the history of the affected team area or project area.
