RACF keyring support

We are looking for a way to ask the buildtoolkit and scmtools to trust a truststore contained in the RACF keyring instead of the truststore included in the JRE (the one usually in jre\lib\security\cacerts) or an external truststore (set with -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=).

The IBM Java support team informed us that:
" From a Java point of view, we support the use of RACF to store the certificates on z/OS:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYKE2_8.0.0/com.ibm.java.security.component.80.doc/security-component/keytoolDocs/supportedkeystoretypes.html "
But that "Normally the use is down to the application so I think you need to ask the "RTC Build Toolkit" team on how to do it."

Hence this RFE.

    There are no plans to address this in the next 18-24 months so the RFE is being closed.
