Incomplete Visibility of Work Item Links

With the new GC-EWM-Release Mapping Feature in 7.0.2, the work item visibility on artifacts is not determined by the EWM release mapping anymore, only by the GC release mapping. When we now create an EWM release mapping, we need to manually create a GC release mapping, too, also when the EWM release mapping is changed the GC release mapping needs to be updated manually. This is error prone. Request: Take the EWM release into account to determine work item visibility. Then when creating an EWM release mapping, we wouldn't have to create and update the corresponding GC release mapping manually.

This item describes useful linking behavior for EWM releases, so we're marking it as an uncommitted candidate for a future release.
