Option to set user favorite GC streams for easier navigation

Currently the client has JASSSO OIDC and the user(s) are allowed to register themselves to ELM via the OIDC provider. A new user registered can navigate to an RM or QM project but depending on the hierarchy of the GC streams that the project (local streams) are associated to, the list is huge. Client does parallel development with multiple components having a **current** active stream and want to expose this to end users so they can navigate to the globacl stream (current) for an RM / QM project.

    We haven't heard back from the previous suggestion regarding using ELM 7.0 recent and favorites in GCM, so we're closing this RFE. If the 7.0 feature does not meet your needs please feel free to submit a new RFE. Thank you.

    Customer gets confused with the GC Streams. This feature can help them to navigate to the right stream effectively.
