[CMMC] Last accessed screen to be concealed or grayed out after session termination

Our company performs work for the Government and in order to continue to receive contracts from the Department of Defense we must fulfill Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. Finding AC.3.019 requires that when a user session is terminated and the log on screen presented that the last accessed screen in the background be concealed or grayed out so that no information can be seen until the user reauthenticates. The specific ask is that when a user session terminates, that no information on the last accessed screen be visible until the user signs back into the system last accessed.
