[CMMC] Show User Last Logged In Date/Time in JTS

In response to Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance, we need to identify the last login date of users and archive users that haven't logged in within the last 180 days. CMMC Finding IA.3.086 requires that user accounts be "disabled" if the account has not been logged into the ELM Suite within the last 180 days. To help streamline this process, it would be very helpful if the last user login date could be displayed in JTS next to the user account information. If this information were displayed in JTS and have a filter option to look at accounts that haven't logged in within the last 180 days, then we could archive directly in one place (JTS).

Thank you for submitting this change request to display the last logged in date/time for ELM. We have an existing uncommitted item for this area and have expanded it to include your requirements.
