Allow Dashboards on GC

Request:
GC project area do not allow dashboards, this should be changed.

Use Case:
A GC Project Area represents a customer project. So all customer project specific reports should be added to the customer project GC's dashboard.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans and personal dashboards can be used to show information from multiple projects. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    In our setup, GC Project Areas represent Customer or Platform projects. So GC Dashboards would contain project dashboards with content over all tools. In our setup there is currently no other single entity that represents projects.

For example, what information would be displayed on a GC dashboard that isn?t displayed in existing personal or project dashboards? How do you see this being used differently than existing dashboards? Any specific information you can provide would be helpful.
