redundancy capability for floating point license servers

Currently, reduncancy setup is only
supported for token licenses:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en//SSSTWP_8.1.4/com.ibm.rational.license.doc/topics/t_SrvAdmRpt_AddLicServ.html

Customer requires redundancy for Floating Licenses in DNG.
Having a standby server is an option,
but does not offer redundance. There's still user impact, till the
license clients are reconfigured to point to the standby in case of
failure. Can you please raise the RFE to have true redundancy
capability for floating point license servers.

One can configure multiple License Key Servers (which are used for token licenses) but not the Jazz Team Server, which is used to manage floating and authorized user licenses. As part of our effort to containerize the Jazz applications and deploy them on Red Hat OpenShift (to be managed by Kubernetes and other parts of the OpenShift Container Platform), we would like to make all applications clusterable, which would meet this RFE. So I am accepting this as an uncommitted candidate, since it's in line with our roadmap. However I do not expect to work on this in 2021, so if you highly desire removing your reliance on a single license server in the near future, I recommend moving to token licenses, which have other benefits as well.
