Consolidated Role Assignment Report Across ELM

Problem Statement
The customer has expressed difficulty in easily auditing user role assignments across their ELM environment. Currently, there is no simple, consolidated way to view which roles are assigned to which users across different ELM applications and project areas.

Proposed Enhancement
The customer is requesting a user‑friendly reporting feature that would generate a comprehensive report showing:

  • All users
  • Their assigned roles
  • Per ELM application (e.g., EWM, ETM, RM, etc.)
  • Per project area

Use Case
This feature would significantly improve visibility into access control, making it easier for administrators and project leads to:

  • Audit user permissions
  • Validate role assignments
  • Identify inconsistencies or over‑privileged access
  • Reduce manual effort and reliance on application‑by‑application checks

Overall, the customer sees this as a usability and governance improvement that would simplify administration and reduce ongoing operational overhead.
