Support Oracle FAN/Connection Draining for Custom Connection Pool to Enable Zero-Downtime Database Relocation

During testing of Oracle Transparent Application Failover (TAF) / Application Continuity (AC) with connection draining, the application still experiences connection interruptions during Oracle RAC database relocation. The application logs show connection lost errors, indicating that existing connections are not being drained and re-established seamlessly.

Based on our analysis and Oracle's High Availability documentation, custom connection pools require FAN (Fast Application Notification) support and specific Java system properties to be enabled to receive Oracle RAC events and handle connection draining correctly.

We request that the application's custom connection pool be enhanced to support the required Oracle HA/FAN configuration (or expose the necessary configuration options), allowing seamless database relocation without application downtime.
