由于各种原因的存在，可能会导致ELM服务与License Server处于不同的地区，这会使得在获取Token的时间高于IBM提出的期待值，是否可以将这种获取机制拥有销毁与重发机制，类似超过指定时间未收到License Server的回应，获取Token的线程就销毁并重新发送获取请求？超时未获取，重新请求

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and requested additional information. To date, no additional information received and it is not clear what this request is about. Therefore, this idea is declined. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has reviewed this idea but the idea does not provide sufficient details to be considered. Also, the idea must be written in English. Therefore, we need additional details to consider this idea, such as a business use case with as many details as possible in English.
