Enhancement Request: Dynamic Synchronization of Project Enumeration Values Based on Active Project Flag

Current Setup
We have a custom work item called Project, where:
Project Name is a Database Enumeration attribute.
Active Project is a Boolean (Checkbox) attribute.
Users create and maintain project records through the UI by adding values to the Project Name database enumeration.
Required Functionality

We need the values in the Project Name field to be dynamically synchronized with enumeration attributes available in other work item types:

SCN Work Item

Attribute: Software Product/Project (Enumeration)

Defect Work Item

Attribute: Product Baseline (Enumeration)
Expected Behavior

When a project is created and the Active Project checkbox is checked (True):

The corresponding Project Name should automatically be added and displayed in:
Software Product/Project enumeration in the SCN work item.
Product Baseline enumeration in the Defect work item.

When the Active Project checkbox is unchecked (False):

The corresponding Project Name should no longer be available or displayed in:
Software Product/Project enumeration in the SCN work item.
Product Baseline enumeration in the Defect work item.


We would appreciate guidance on the best practice for implementing this requirement and any associated limitations.
