Functionality to restrict users from seeing details on Application Administration (Overview) page in RTC

Most of our customers have raised concern within RTC tool which does not protect or restrict users to access personal data of other users.
Users in JazzUsers group can see the application administration (Overview) page. users who are not authorized to save changes to a project can still view that information,
they can see all the user list, role assignments, Team Areas and even see the "Manage This Project Area" from the top right drop down menu.
They can search for any LDAP user not member of current Project Area, then they can know their internal ID, First name, Last name.

We are looking for functionality to hide "Overview" page or "Manage This Project Area" option for certain users so they can't navigate to this page and can't see the other user information as our customers are demanding to be compliant with GDPR.
