Support Tivoli Access Manager/WebSeal (Current name of Tivoli Access Manager is IBM Security Access Manager.)

We apply Tivoli Access Manager/WebSeal as authentication platform for external users in our environment.
From the nature of the automotive industry, external users such as suppliers require access to our environment.
We use TAM/WebSeal to manage access for these users.

When following our company standard architecture, we expect:
- Internal users such as employees access CLM by public URL with normal use case.
- External users such as suppliers access CLM through TAM.
