RTC views should work nicely with Eclipse Dark theme

The black text (and even the dark red) used in the Team Dashboard view is difficult to read against the dark background when the Dark theme is used.
Work item summary is difficult to read, then if you double click the work item in order to read the summary and details better there are large areas of white space when using the Dark Theme in Eclipse. These areas include Description, Comments, Quick Information, and History.
The My Work view contains large areas of white space when using the Dark Theme in Eclipse.

    This is a desirable feature but we don't currently have plans to directly support Dark Theme in Eclipse for the next 18-24 months, so the RFE is being closed.
