Please provide a feature that administrator can exclude a particular comment to synchronize

Please provide a feature that administrator can exclude a particular comment to synchronize.

Meaningless comments are synchronized when we synchronize comments in RTC and in Jira.
RTC has a feature that comment for attaching files is automatically added to work item when attaching files.
These comments are synchronized to Jira but these message is meaningless for Jira side.

We would like to exclude synchronizing only these messages.

    Thank you for your feedback.
The application(RTC) does not have that feature to stop generating auto-comment.

We opened RFEs for this in RTC.

Allow to disable automatic attachment comments

Existing Enhancement was created 10 years ago and has never been implemented.

    >If the comments are of no use, then it is recommended to configure the application that creates the comments so those comments are not created.
If you think so, could you please negotiate/ push the RTC offering manager as one IBM?

If the comments are of no use, then it is recommended to configure the application that creates the comments so those comments are not created.
