RTC Background Task Status and execution History

DCC (Data collection component) has a nice overview page that shows the 'Job Status', divided by currently running Jobs and Job History.

Such a view is super helpful to see when a certain background job has executed the last time.

RTC allows to implement custom background Tasks. We make use of them in a few plug-ins, one of those is open source:
https://github.com/jazz-community/rtc-current-iteration-automatic-switcher

Those plugins run as a Scheduled Background Task. As of now, we have now clue:
- when the last run was
- whether it was successful
- when the next run will start

For operations, it is crucial to have this information on hand.

    There are no plans to address this in the next 18-24 months so the RFE is being closed.
