- This is something we would like to do in the next 18 months. Not part of 7.0 today but we need to eliminate BIRT and replace all out of the box reports in RTC/EWM with JRS reporting look and feel long term. Accepting this into the backlog. It should be linked to a work item about replacing BIRT
moving to RTC/Reports
Moving to work item category for consideration. We are removing Flash in v7.0 so the work item statistics widget will use an alternate rendering engine but the current style remains the same. We are reviewing this. Long term I agree we should have a common look and feel for RTC and JRS generated widgets for the dashboard. This would likely be achieved with a removal of BIRT reports/widgets from the product and replacement with JRS versions of those widgets. A customer can do this today using only JRS widgets I believe. Confirming.
